I have been using City Ins for all my insurance needs for 10 yrs but asked Jim to meet with me to go over all my insurances in detail. I did that because I am thinking to retire in one year so I was hoping to reduce insurance expenses for Home, Autos and Earthquake.  We spent about an hr and found nothing I was willing to drop from the coverages or switch to other carriers...which proved to me he gave me the coverages I wanted from the beginning.
